Melissa Johnson brings nearly 30 years of experience working in social work, crisis therapy and education. Her journey has been shaped not only by her work with youth, families and organizations— but also by her own lived experience navigating life with a visual limitation, diagnosed as a young adult.
Her unique blend of education, training, and personal insight allows her to connect with others and guide them through life’s challenges with clarity and compassion. She believes that limitations don’t define a person — resilience does.
